First job out of college Starting base is low Tiered compensation structure - more deals = higher percentage comp each deal, first couple of deals dont make alot of money can make alot of money if you focus on larger deals culture terrible - management left during time there because no promotion opportunity if you werent making deals no one tried to help high turnover team ended up leaving entirely from what i see on linkedin

Pros: - Great foot in the door for sales outbound experience coming from any other sales industry (retail, door-to-door, etc) - Great L&D team and initial training through the "Academy" Cons: -$15k less base pay then you can get anywhere else for the same role -Management is not trained on how to lead - they are top performers pushed into leadership -Micromanagement...Read More
