Starting base is low
Tiered compensation structure - more deals = higher percentage comp each deal, first couple of deals dont make alot of money
can make alot of money if you focus on larger deals
culture terrible - management left during time there because no promotion opportunity
if you werent making deals no one tried to help high turnover
team ended up leaving entirely from what i see on linkedin
