Current Employee Pros:
- Great foot in the door for sales outbound experience coming from any other sales industry (retail, door-to-door, etc)
- Great L&D team and initial training through the "Academy"
Cons:
-$15k less base pay then you can get anywhere else for the same role
-Management is not trained on how to lead - they are top performers pushed into leadership
-Micromanagement is off the charts - forces most people to leave
-Turnover is high - I have seen 16 people leave in 6 months within ONE office space
-HR is not on your side, and never will be - similar to other corporations though
-Shady tactics to push people out that don't drink the "Kool-Aid" - many of them pushing grey areas
Overall - if you absolutely need outbound experience, you will get it here. This is in no way a company that you want to stay for past 6-months, do not go off of me - but go off the amount of people that leave every month. Browse Other Reviews
