Siloed communication and unclear direction adds additional pressure on management to play several roles and takes away time from their team. Additionally, expectations and vital info about sales process/tech developments are poorly communicated across.
New direction in marketing has been helpful in improving quality of inbound lead flow, and ICs are dedicated to growing sales, but we have strong competition and a slow process for developing our PMF according to market demand. Browse Other Reviews
