Product market fit is very poor - it's a nice to have at best. It's potential is shrinking as competitors and adjacent solutions win and adapt faster. Leadership is non existent. Sales went through 3 VPs in less than a year and C-level is inexperienced. There is no consistent strategy. They attempt to pivot constantly to the point that no traction is ever gained. This has all created high levels of stress and as a result - toxicity. It's a real shame, because they've recruited top tier talent on the IC level. However, it's wasted on a company with no PMF and no direction.

Remote work with a good product market fit for developers. Challenging to sell due to strong competition and changing product priorities. Still operates like a younger start up.

it's a nice to have dev tool. PMF is poor. Pricing is way way to expensive, especially given the lack of PMF CEO and Co founder are both young and inexperienced. Lack of direction, strategy, and A16Z is the worst investor.
