Horrible experience. Bad training. Unprofessional management. Bad product. Bad environment

I do not recommend this position. The base is 7.25 an hour which wouldnt be an issue if there was a lot of opportunity for commission. But theres not. 95% of the job is cold calling. You’ll be setting designing closing signing and retention. All for a revshare comp plan 60/40 split sales rep gets 40%
