My overall experience was ok. The product is good which helps make the sale easier. Fellow AEs are also good people which is always a big plus. Management is a mixed bag—contact a current AE and get a legitimate opinion on your potential manager.

Top performers penalized with constantly worsening compensation structure. Many of the best of the sales team trickling out. Product not performing as sold in critical deals.

Signifyd is a solid company with good people. There has been some "bumps" in the road & every department is feeling the burn out & a rat race environment. It's "said" to be from economic downturn but, some accountability can be tied to internal constraints (high pricing, product plans, turnover)

Good place! People struggle with outbound and quota attainment has been tough in the last 2 years. Decent amount of turnover, but leadership/management is solid (good culture) and the upside is there for people who stick around.
