Current Employee2.7Jan 31, 2025Overall I have grown a decent amount with the company. The people on the sales team are great and everyone is pretty nice. However the constant change is really bad. They let go of their employees a lot! Constant change with commission structure and always moving the goal post super far away so goals are not realistic or attainable.

Former Employee1.9Jun 19, 2023Company is not ready to go to market as a key player that adds value. They are focused on renegotiating shipping contracts. Lack many of the API's, Data and real-time intelligence needed to make good decisions actively and prevent errors and issues.
