Former Employee The company prioritises existing customers over new business sellers, making it a tough environment for sales professionals. Despite clear-cut wins, commissions had to be fought for monthly, often denied without consideration for the effort involved. In my experience, I had to push multiple times for owed commissions, only to be ignored. There’s little support for sales teams, and financial recognition is inconsistent. Leadership focuses solely on the bottom line, often at the expense of the GTM team. If you’re in sales and value fair compensation and strong team support, this may not be the right place.
