Compensation structure is so complicated, the entire leadership couldn’t tell you everything about it. There’s also no way to verify it’s correct as they don’t give you access. Haven’t had a single month I haven’t found a problem with what was paid. I’m convinced they make it up and adjust as they see fit. 100% based on which territory you get which is given by seniority and favorites. Good luck if you’re starting at this company.
