Overall, I had an OK experience. Entrepreneurial and very inclusive. National conference was great. Sales training is virtually useless. No support in territory which makes navigating through issues unnecessarily difficult.

My overall experience was good. SW provides a lot of training and baseline knowledge to give employees the tools to succeed. Very healthy bonus structure. Can be a good ol’ boys club at times. If you want to promote you must be willing to move every few years to different markets.

My experience at Sherwin Williams was full of growth and development. Lead Gen (CRM), was very helpful at tracking leads and following the recommended steps within the sales process. Commission is paid quarterly and yearly. Reps are given company vehicles for travel (With company credit card).
