Sherwin is a great company with a great support structure and work culture. They also have benefits like a 6% match on 401k. There are also opportunities to reach quarterly and yearly bonuses which can help keep you driven and motivated to perform better each year.

This company didn't operate with honesty or integrity about goals or career development. I hit President's club for most of my career but was overlooked due to other candidates that "Fit the Culture" profile better. Typical good old boy network that advances people related to who's friends with who. I think it would be better to work for another company or another...Read More
