Overall, this is a great place to start a sales career. The sales training has been instrumental to my success since I’ve moved on.

My overall experience was good. SW provides a lot of training and baseline knowledge to give employees the tools to succeed. Very healthy bonus structure. Can be a good ol’ boys club at times. If you want to promote you must be willing to move every few years to different markets.

Overall, I had an OK experience. Entrepreneurial and very inclusive. National conference was great. Sales training is virtually useless. No support in territory which makes navigating through issues unnecessarily difficult.
