I took this job rather than pursue an MBA. Specifically I wanted to fully own my sales skill set. The VP of sales was a badass that whooped me into shape. Eventually I wanted more money and they were not able to deliver, but I would assume things have changed since then.

The abundance of talent, vision, and thought-leadership has been, and continues to be, a key ingredient to ServiceTrade's success. Unfortunately, these assets compensate poorly for stagnating product innovation within an increasingly competitive market.
