There were some questionable changes made and it was not relayed down well. Changes were needed but senior sales leadership went to other departments rather than the sales organization which made the normal sales process complicated and inefficient.

Current Employee3.4Oct 1, 2024It's been great for me. A lot depends on who your AE is, territory, accounts. There's good training, and it's definitely a fun environment in the SDR department. Quota is easily attainable if you have any kind of work ethic.
