Current Employee4.0Jul 2, 2024Self motivated reps can do well. Commissions / OTE pay is solid, but there is a commission cap. This can detract from motivation and lead to sandbagging. Great company to work for and a great culture. Just some minor tweaks of the SDR org’s OTE recommended like removing the commission cap. Sell to blue collar folks. Not the place to be too polished or salesy.

Current Employee3.7Mar 17, 2025As the go to market team has captured larger portions of the TAM, the difficulty in going after the remaining market has increased. The product is still one of the best in its class - if not the best. However, there are some cheaper options that have sold well to this market. I do still believe that the product is the best option for most of the prospects we sell to.
