Great company to work for - startup mentality where a hard-working mentality is rewarded by the ability to meet customers with a great product fit. Fast paced environment with lots of changes, most for the better. CEO is transparent and takes time to get to know you.

Product market fit is there, just some issues with technology adoption across the industry. Feels like leadership doesn't have a clear understanding of the direction to take the company. Revenue targets and growth metrics seem based on pure guesses.
