This was my first sales role and the best thing I loved about the company was the other sales rep (super helpful in my success) and the W2 workers who ran the day to day operations making sure we were able to make money and meet with them whenever.

Decent tech and solid marketing do not make up for problems inherent in the business design. Poor reactions for C-Levels and HR created a recipe for future disaster.

My overall experience has been horrendous. No communication from leadership, payouts from campaigns are minimal, companies onboarded rarely have market fit, etc.
