Anonymous Sales ProFeb 10, 2025

We’re moving from a “commission-rate” model to a “quota-attainment” model. It makes sense from the top, but it’s far from ideal when quota attainment is both inconsistent and not directly correlated to effort and skill. Anyone gone through this before?
