Just stay away. No work life balance, sales leadership leads through fear, extreme micromanagement, impossible BDR quota, overworking is encouraged, high turnover, horrible team morale, constant gaslighting from leadership, and the list goes on.

The sales management/leadership team is as bad as it gets. Rules by fear, gas lighting, absolutely toxic. They travel together from company to company, leaving a wake of chaos. Stay far away. Continued mass exodus of AEs.

Toxic. Awful place. Disgusting level of bullying & gaslighting from SLT. The “clique” who lead sales out of NAM are an incredible bunch of charlatans. They are consistent though - their poison affects every region. Apart from the sw engineers in Pakistan.
