Great leadership, competitive market. Product is great but needs to be more out of the box to reduce sales cycle time. Scandit Express is a great Segway product. Tough market at the moment. Clear industry leader, however compensation plan needs to be more competitive. Most opportunities are inbound through years of marketing/name recognition. Inbounds vary strongly, are not based on value and are round robined. Great culture!
