The CEO and the COO are terrible people and even worse leaders. The company does not offer long-term employment contracts so they can fire/threaten you at any moment. Such a bad environment.

Good earning potential from commission, but base pay was super low and the culture was really toxic - micro management at all levels, C-level executives super rude to employees and one of the highest attrition rate I saw in sales (they would recruit almost anyone off the street and fire them 2 months later).
