Good earning potential from commission, but base pay was super low and the culture was really toxic - micro management at all levels, C-level executives super rude to employees and one of the highest attrition rate I saw in sales (they would recruit almost anyone off the street and fire them 2 months later). Stay away from this company if you care about your wellbeing and your career.
