Most meritocratic organization I was ever with. I had the pleasure of working with terrific leaders, had an awesome and competitive team around me, and most of all an opportunity to learn a lot about each industry. Perfect example of a small business doing things the right way with an excellent opportunity for growth, good compensation and leaders who can teach you a lot each call.
