Loved my first 6 months, hated my final 2 years. Pushed by poor leaders and an even worse culture to the point of overbearing stress and felt I had no choice but to leave. If you want to feel like you're in an extension of College, you'll enjoy it. If you're serious about your career, you'll get bored very quickly.

The commission structure is shockingly low. This is a really good job for someone straight out of college but if you've got 5+ years of experience I don't think it's worth it.
