Former Employee Overall I had a fairly good experience at Routable. The sales team is full of rockstars with huge potential. The quota and incentive structure really need some work, but fortunately the base pay was strong and the benefits are really incredible. Unfortunately, the sales leadership team was considerably downsized in Q2 of 2023. The sales department is now run by the CEO and all AEs report to him.
My largest piece of feedback would be that they need a Sales Leader back in there ASAP to ensure that individual contributors are getting the training and career development that they need and desire. It is critical that individual contributors feel they have a voice and an advocate for them, but without true sales leaders that is very difficult to achieve.
