Former Employee Overall, good organization to get started in the mortgage space however they're grossly overpriced from their competition and although you get consistent inbound leadflow, they FAR under pay their loan officers per transaction when compared to the rest of the industry. I spent over 10 years working there and would not recommend the organization for any industry veterans or folks looking to make a long term career. That said - if you want to get licensed and dip your toes in the mortgage industry, this is a good start. You're nothing but a number here, cog in the machine. Be wary of that. Also don't drink the kool-aid too hard. Senior leadership is a bit icky. Very "frat bro" mentality. If you can work your way into the good graces of the inner circles of leadership then they'll promote you like crazy.
