Great place to get started in consultative sales. Very metrics oriented with high focus on sales activity. Revolving door of sales and recruiters. Many go on to do great things whether within the company or at they're next company.

My initial experience was fantastic, but with the arrival of new leadership, my once-positive experiences took a disappointing turn. Conversations about KPIs, which were once constructive, became rather undesirable. Additionally, the high employee turnover began to have a noticeable impact on the business.

Good organization, at least in the Los Angeles office. Leadership is definitely present to explain go-to-market strategies, as well as modules. Good culture at this office as well, although I don't think that is the case nationwide. For a staffing company, they also have a pretty good solutions branch as well
