Great colleagues, great company overall, timeless memories and friends made, training through onboarding doesn't match with what is asked of you at desk. Old school activity KPI focus means the training they wanted you to base how you performed in your role was unachievable with such high volume activities. The role is pretty autonomous, sink or swim, could improve 121 coaching and deal coaching on a regular basis. Lack of 'here is how people win'. If you make it, you will love it beyond measure.

Base salary is very low no matter the market. RH is superior to the competition in technical tools and database, but they are pricier than competitors who offer similar services. Nearly all leads are self-generated, and it's a lot of cold prospecting.

My overall experience was positive. Robert Half is a good company that needs to update pay standards and compensation structure so it is no longer a draw.
