Culture is good and the base is competitive for the role. Leadership supports but I wish there was more emphasis on consistent quality training. It was up and down and we never got consistent training through out the year to help. The product is great but extremely difficult to book demos because of how competitive the market already is. Excellent culture and a very positive, growth-oriented atmosphere. Leadership clearly wants to retain and guide employees and it's uncommon to be forced out. Compensation is low (starts at 20/hr and most are at $25/hr) and commission is based off deals closed, not qualified demos attended.

The people are nice. No current culture for internal promotion which was very disappointing. The product is great but it is an extremely saturated market.
