It is a great company that is always looking forward to the next best technology tool in their space. They have a group of really passionate leaders that really believe in the vision and their employees. The company is completely transparent and you always know the vision, goals, outcomes, and misses. I would say they have an opportunity to improve training. It is hard to train in a remote space and they have made improvements but many sales individuals do not completely understand the products before they have their first few sales calls. Overall, amazing culture, leaders, production solution, and benefits.

Quota and variable compensation expectations have not been attainable for the majority of the team.

The remote aspect is nice, and generally the people at company are kind. As with any startup, there is a lot of ambiguity; however they changed the payout structure and ultimately shortened my variable by 75% after being at the company for almost two years. The turnover is already high and they do little to incentivize employees who show loyalty to the company.
