Operates like a start up even though it's been around for a while. Certain teams hit higher quotas because management styles vary greatly and different people play by different rules. Run away as fast as you can. If you are very social and good at sucking up to people, you will love this company. Doesn't matter how well you can sell or what value you provide if you are able to become friends with the power players. Seniority goes a long way and if you bring up something to the wrong person, they will make sure to ruin your career. They will sell you promises that they have no intentions on keeping. Targets, Quota, Goals change quarter to quarter on a very consistent basis. 85% of the company (including some managers, etc) have no clue what they're selling or how the product actually works. Everyone is just trying to impress their manager or manipulate their numbers. Choose yourself. They used to be employees first, but ever since the new CEO, it is company first. Bonuses, etc are all gone and replaced with empty promises.
