My experience was......not good. Horrible training, no sort of debriefing when a prospective client starts being taken down the sales funnel, no communication between upper management and lower ranking roles.

Decent. The base compensation is lower than what I’ve seen elsewhere in the industry. Also wish there were inbound leads that we were able to have access to.

It really depends on what office you join. My office was very unorganized and lacked direct leadership. They over hired Account Managers and I did not have much opportunity or quality accounts to sell to.
