It really depends on what office you join. My office was very unorganized and lacked direct leadership. They over hired Account Managers and I did not have much opportunity or quality accounts to sell to. Meanwhile the 2 AMs they hired ahead of me had much more going on because they got to choose 30-40 accounts each that they wanted to keep before I started. I was left with the scraps which, most of which were accounts that they had already exhausted or had no opportunity at all.

Randstad is an excellent company when it comes to training and development, but has had several leadership changes over the past few years which have caused the culture to be one of a nimble company to working for a worldwide firm. But they have all of the service offerings and can deliver.

Decent. The base compensation is lower than what I’ve seen elsewhere in the industry. Also wish there were inbound leads that we were able to have access to.
