Messy holding company for multiple software options. As an sdr the manager has no clue what she’s doing and offers no experience or help to you. The only thing asked to be reported each and every morning is your weekend plans and if you don’t speak up she will not let the morning meetings end. If you land in the right campaign you can hit quota and the money is great but the money is not worth the mental health it takes to deal with this manager.

It’s very mediocre. Lots of weird micromanagement. Goals are too high. Not enough leads. Leadership is generally unorganized and has no clear path for the future. They don’t treat people well. Very much a bait and switch job.

Terrible exec leadership team. CEO is weak and uninvolved CRO builds a terrible culture, not a leader at all. Unimpressive pedigree, not focused on client value.
