Current Employee Prolink started strong with innovative products, a dynamic culture, and visionary leadership. In its early years, it grew rapidly, earning market attention and creating an enthusiastic work environment. However, as the company expanded, things began to change. Bureaucracy and a disconnect between leadership and employees started to take a toll on its once-thriving culture.
Now, the company is facing a steep decline in both revenue and morale. Leadership seems out of touch, and communication breakdowns have become common. The product offerings have stagnated, with competitors outpacing them. Employees are frustrated, and what was once a collaborative, inspiring workplace has turned into one focused more on survival than growth.
