Back to ReviewsFormer Employee After investing the blood, sweat and tears (literally) into helping build up the GTM motion here - I later learned that they have a clawback equity agreement which allows the company to NOT issue equity to employees that exit (even after 1 year of vesting). For this reason alone I would strongly advise against entertaining *any* role here (whether sales, product, marketing or otherwise).
Mismanaged, ill-advised, bad hiring + a team that believes, "the best plan is no plan".
In-bound leads are rated highly because... how can you *not* be interested in events? Taylor Swift has her own news reporter. The tagline for the company is "prepare for what you can't see coming". Easy to attract attention, nearly impossible to prove. Even if you can, companies don't have the talent or focus to eek out minimal gains.
The company has since moved to a "product led sales" motion, which means enterprise strategy is out the window. Commercial reps can definitely find success here, but enterprise reps be wary.
I hope for existing employees that they either depart soon or that there is a sale which can recoup at least some of the genuine effort that has gone into this business. Browse Other Reviews
