I was told I would come in and have hot leads. It was Door to door sales in the summer. When we had hurricanes. And yes, they made us work in that weather. The folks I worked with were nice enough, but never again.

Amazing training, awful compensation. Representatives not being able to pay their basic bills was a common theme. Ramp pay was dramatically shorter than it should’ve been. Unless you want to knock on doors all day RUN AWAY. Unless you hang out with management or leaders you won’t be important or thought of for moving up. Can you live off $25k a year and hope for the best with commission of going door to door everyday?
