Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I had a good experience working here. They offer solid sales training. And a welcoming high-energy environment.
This (Sale Representative) is an on-call 100% commission based in-home sales job. With paid training and NO base pay.
Training lasts about 4 weeks. You get paid $500-1000/training week depending on office location. You attend 1 meeting per week in the office. But they are trying to bump this up to daily. Not a remote friendly company IMO.
The usual work day looks like this: waiting (either at home or in-office) for a pre-set and confirmed appointment to be sent your way.
You drive to the appointment do your presentation. If they buy, you finish paperwork, setup financing and you're done.
The average appointment lasts 2-4 hours. You are expected to run 1-2 appointments from Monday to Friday (afternoons or evenings mostly) and 1 on Saturday mornings.
There is zero PTO. But they allow you to take 2 weeks off/year. Unpaid.
The most stressful part of this job is being constantly on-call and long drive times to appointments. So, it's very challenging to plan anything outside of your job. Or spend time with family. Browse Other Reviews
