Didn’t like it at all. Leadership is very pushy almost cult like. Compensation is poor. Work life balance is poor. Would say only good if you are just starting sales and need some decent training , but you can also get that other places .

Short but I got a feel for the company. Great culture but the entry position is undesirable unless you don't mind door knocking in the heat 5-6 days a week.

The pay is very good, best in industry training makes it very difficult it fail. The hours are brutal and driving to appointments can be taxing

The people are amazing, but it is a grind. If you are good at being gritty and persistent this could be a good fit. It is demanding and requires a lot of time on weekends as well. I truly love the people though which makes it fun.
