You can consider yourself lucky if you can work three solid leads each quarter. Outside of that you have to find all of your own opportunities as you do not have BD's supporting you. Q1 2024, marketing has provided 1 workable lead that has resulted in a ~$15K opportunity. Our quota in SMB this year is $530K. We are told that our compensation might be lower than others in the market, but we have "security" coming off the heels of 2 restructures (layoffs in 2022 and 2023)... will be interesting to see what 2024 holds.

Quota is not attainable and leadership has no idea how to run the BDR organization there’s a reason last quarter alone 17 BDRs found new roles stay away

Great manager but unrealistic expectations from upper management. Given a territory with no pipeline so had to start from scratch. Few leads and poor infrastructure (SFDC was a mess as a result if acquisition of another company.). Little support from marketing.
