How would you describe the interview process for the role you applied for, and what should others expect, pros and cons, etc?

My experience interviewing with Pluralsight was that their process was fast and efficient. The recruiter I worked with communicated each step clearly and explained each interview step. You do have to pass a couple assessments, though. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional. The final step before a decision is made is a panel with managers and directors. They run the interviews very conversationally. How they treat you during the hiring process is exactly how they treat you once you're hired - like family. As with any interview, know your why and how you think you'll be a great fit. Try and understand Pluralsight's solution and be prepared to speak to why you'd be a successful rep.

I've always found success asking them questions at the beginning of the interview- to frame my answers around what they're looking for.

If you can get them talking about them (everyone loves talking about themselves) the take away will be that you were more personable.

Ask: If you don't mind, I was hoping to ask you a couple of questions before we dive in to make sure I'm a fit for what you're looking for and go from there. Is that ok?

For example:
What do you feel are the most important behaviors/ qualities a BDR must possess to find success in this org? 
(note these things, and frame your response to their questions around their answer)

What will I have done in three/ six months time to earn your trust?

Say their response goes something like... 
"Well, I look for discipline, persistence, and resilience."

"In three/ six months time you will have shown me you're not afraid to meet challenges head and are coachable, and will have taken my feedback and applied it in some form."

Take those answer and apply them to your responses when answering their questions.

-One thing I would ask is what they do to reinforce culture within the org. The culture was somewhat falling apart when I chose to leave- you'll want to hear things like "autonomy" "accountability' "transparency" and specific things they do to promote those things within.

The interview process is pretty standard. But I would be weary of accepting a job here. Talk to another rep before accepting a position (maybe even 2 or 3). The culture here is a good ol boy network and there are constant errors in  commissions owed to reps with random manual entries, recalculations, clawbacks winback clauses, you name it. They are completely untrustworthy and don't know how to properly calculate their overly complicated plan.
