Struggling to find a niche position in a crowded market that is changing rapidly. Compensation structure would be attractive if the org structure was better balanced - currently weighted heavily in favour of some select territories. Inexperienced leadership team (all of them) means short term strategies are the norm. Currently too unstable as they are trimming back ready for an ownership transition event.
