Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The CEO has read some weird leadership book where he thinks that what he sets as sales targets should be 2x what he promises to the board - that means targets are incredibly high (SMB AEs on around £500k ARR, MM AEs on £1m ARR, despite an AOV of 20-30k). This consequently means average quota attainment is below 50%. There is also a clawback commission scheme and a ladder so if you're below the insanely high quotas you make around 3-4% ARR per deal - less than half industry standard. Browse Other Reviews
