Leadership is solid, the product can be useful but it's not a "NEED" for most businesses. The base product is more of a luxury. Hard to hit quotas.

PHMG is not a real sales organization; they hire college grads to make ice cold calls from 8a-5p every day. Leadership is non-existent; the board of directors include 5 white males who sit over in England making decisions about a country they know nothing about. Solid training and leadership. They will give you the tools to succeed, but you have to grind to do so. The inbound/marketing leads are laughable and you will have to source your own. If that's an issue, look somewhere else. If not, you can make a lot of money here.
