There's no structure in the sales organization. You have non-sales people working deals behind the AE's back. Trying to steal deals away from other reps. There's no on-boarding whatsoever. Just because you pay for an LMS, doesn't mean you have one. You have to use it in order for that to be true.
Lastly, you can do everything right in your job, but if Finance doesn't want to pay you what you're due, they won't. It's a private company and they won't mind the revolving door attitude that comes with the territory.
