Current Employee2.9Sep 6, 2024My overall experience was okay. There were quite some quarters, where targets were way off the market status, but generally, they are pretty achievable. Although, most of the time the job would require you to overwork and work in two roles at once.

The hires/promotions are either objectively terrible to everyone but the decision-makers, or the good ones leave after realizing what they got themselves into. Proof: check for IC & Leadership hires in 2023 that left within 6 months of joining... If "lipstick on a pig" was an organization. You can do better....Read More
