Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee New sales leadership has come in and the only thing they care about and are openly vocal about is Oyster IPOing so they can all cash in. New comp plans couldn't be more unfair for the extremely extremely hard working reps, the comp plan has clearly been brought in because they can't afford to reward top reps anymore. There is a massive disconnect between leadership and how reps feel - everyone is looking for an out. There are so many amazing people in the Sales Team and Oyster was genuinely the best work place I have ever worked at . We are not an enterprise sales team and nor are we going to be one anytime soon or can we support these clients. Browse Other Reviews
