I wanted a higher base but bet on myself and took the job due to the belief in leadership and what top reps where making in Austin, TX. I quickly became a top AE. Numerous awards including #1 AE company wide twice and multiple President Clubs. Scott Leese was the VP of sales and was the best VP I ever worked for to this day. There were tons of spiffs and I made over $170,000 with commission.
