Everyone's worried for their jobs as people regularly get fired. Very smart and talented people working in the businesses but they need to hire somebody who can give the culture an overhaul and actually steer the ship in the right direction.

Former Employee2.0Oct 24, 2023Very average company. Great sales team and colleagues but the rest of the organisations felt stand offish with the sales team as a whole. Business seems to change their mind on the direction every 6 months, staff disappearing all the time and unrealistic targets.

They lied about lead flow, they made constant redundancies and took no blame (instead tearing apart their former hard working employees). The software itself was intuitive, creative and exciting. It was the lone highlight.
