Good place to start in medical device, could be very lucrative long term role in right market and right personality. Product isn’t always highly favored by doctors, and getting insurance reimbursements is the hardest part of the job but what separates highly successful reps. Can be a puzzle to manage that aspect with doctors, depending on relationship. The product does work well. Long hours, lots of driving, and company is cheap. However, my management team is top tier and really cares about success and will do anything to help me succeed.

My overall experience at Orthofix was positive. The product fit in the market was challenging but I left with valuable sales knowledge and training.
